Designed for individuals who have undergone a total laryngectomy, it enables hands-free tracheoesophageal speech while helping to warm, filter, and humidify inspired air for improved pulmonary rehabilitation.
The ClassicFlow® HME is specifically engineered to provide increased moisture retention and breathing resistance, making it an excellent choice for everyday use and patients who prioritise enhanced humidification. Furthermore, the integrated hands-free valve adjusts from light to extra strong, allowing users to personalise their speaking effort while still providing the option for manual occlusion when needed. The SpeakFree® HME attaches directly to Blom-Singer® Adhesive Housings or a Blom-Singer® StomaSoft® Laryngectomy Tube, delivering a convenient all-in-one solution for comfortable speech and respiratory care.
