Description
LOW PRESSURE Voice Prosthesis is a sterile, patient-changeable tracheoesophageal voice prosthesis designed to restore speech following total laryngectomy. Specifically developed for patients who have been trained by their healthcare professional, it enables convenient prosthesis replacement while delivering reliable voice rehabilitation.
The prosthesis features a low-pressure one-way valve that opens with minimal airflow resistance, thereby reducing the effort required for phonation. As a result, patients can achieve comfortable, natural voice production while the valve helps prevent the passage of food and liquids into the trachea during swallowing. Furthermore, the prosthesis is manufactured from soft, biocompatible medical-grade silicone and includes an insertion tool to support safe, straightforward replacement.
