INVOTEC® GUASTELLA/MANTOVANI™ Internal Nasal Splint is designed to provide post-operative support, stabilisation, and protection of the nasal septum following nasal surgery. Its specialised design provides an internal protective interface around healing septal tissues while helping maintain septal alignment during recovery.
