SpeakFree® EasyFlow® HME is the first heat and moisture exchange (HME) cartridge with a single-use fully integrated adjustable hands-free valve. The SpeakFree HME is translucent and non-reflective for a natural look. With SpeakFree EasyFlow, the foam filter is more porous and allows you to breathe more freely to match your activity level and pulmonary needs.
The EasyFlow® HME features a more porous foam filter than the ClassicFlow® version, allowing air to pass more freely. As a result, it is ideally suited for users with higher activity levels or those who prefer lower breathing resistance. Furthermore, the adjustable hands-free valve enables users to customise the speaking effort from light to extra strong, while still allowing manual occlusion whenever desired. The SpeakFree® HME attaches directly to Blom-Singer® adhesive housings and StomaSoft® Laryngectomy Tubes, providing a convenient, all-in-one solution for everyday communication and pulmonary rehabilitation.
