BLOM-SINGER® Dilator-Sizers are clinician-use instruments designed to dilate and measure the tracheoesophageal puncture (TEP) during voice prosthesis fitting and replacement procedures. By combining dilation and sizing in a single device, they simplify the fitting process while enabling clinicians to accurately determine the appropriate prosthesis length for each patient.
Furthermore, the dilator-sizers help maintain the patency of the tracheoesophageal tract during prosthesis exchange, thereby supporting efficient, atraumatic placement. Manufactured from medical-grade materials, they are designed to facilitate accurate sizing, improve procedural efficiency, and promote optimal voice prosthesis fit and function.
